Sally Walsh papers 1955-1985.

Includes photography, personal writings, architectural drawings and records documenting nearly fifty projects. Projects include Braniff International at Dallas Ft. Worth Airport, Bank of Houston, Galleria Bank, J.S. Abercrombie Offices, Knoll International Showroom, the Transco Tower, Texas Commerce Bank, and the University of Houston Student Union and College of Architecture. Design notes and drawings include the Braniff desk, cafe table and chairs, a Knoll dining table and settee, and a sofa prototype based on a Citroen automobile seat. Correspondence consists of letters to Sally Walsh between 1954 and 1992 from a variety of business partners, friends and admirers, as well as two written from her to her mother in 1954. Includes one linear foot of photographs of her work.
